These people are long on hype and selling. Worthless on keeping their word. Everything from price to time it would take to backing up their work. Horrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
Terrible, rude and incompetent employees! Bought a complete reman motor turbos and all ready to run. Within 50 miles bottom turbo locked up and found engine parts from a previous motor it must have been on. After 200 more miles water pump went out. Now 3000 miles after installation the top turbo has a stripped out bolt hole which we never touched. This place is a joke they will belittle you and treat you like trash. Also worst customer service I have ever personally seen. We are a small three truck company now in a terrible situation with down time and added expenses with little to no help from this Company! Stay AWAY!!!!!!
I gotta thank Doug for working with me on the couple issues I've had with my engine. Communication has been very good, and he has went what I feel is above and beyond to make things right. I was frustrated a couple times throughout the process but he did everything he could to rectify all issues. I am a happy customer now and I would recommend his products to anyone looking for a remanned engine at a decent price. They definitely stand behind their product.
